Need some help

Hello,I'm new to CPA,but I want to start today.

My ingredients for the money making receipe are :

-youtube videos
-yahoo answers
-forums
-facebook fanpage

Now what I'm looking for,is a CPA network that allows me to lock a link, with just an e-mail submit/postal code to unlock that link.

I've registered with Ultrapay,but for my country ( Romania )it has 5 offers and that offers are only with SMS submit. I don't think people will send an SMS for 3$ just to see their

horoscope,in order to complete the offer.

First of all I should buy a service/software that makes my internet browser recognize my location as USA,in order to have much more offers .

So please give me some advices regarding the CPA networks,and the software that I need to change my location.

So first of all, instead of using real location, use a usa vpn, so that your browser will be recognized as usa. Did you tried with leadbolt? It is a good cpa network. Are you saying that cpa networks which accept zip submit? Dont use softwares, Just get a cheap vpn, which cost like around $4.5 per month, there are some people who sell in BST Here. Check it out.

Ok,I'll buy a US vpn,but what about the CPA network ? I need a CPA network that uses e-mail submits not mobile sms.
