Need some help with script

So i found this script i really like, but i have a hard time editing it.

1 this is how it looks before you click generate

3 Then after all this a survey pops up

Instead of the survey popping up i want that the user goes to my landing page in a new tab
So i want instead of the surveys a new tab opens with for example google.com

I would really appreciate if someone could do this and then i could change it from google.com to my own website!
