need some help with proxies

Hi all,

I've been floating around reading journeys and getting great advice and help on here for a while and i'm starting my IM journey.

I have 5 dedicated private proxies for which and I've created 5 VM's as I will be creating accounts with these and i want to be able to log back in and such. When connecting to the proxies do i have to worry that up until that point I am still using the same IP? or should i use TOR and then connect to my proxies or is this just overkill considering i just want to create legit looking accounts?

Just want to say thanks as this site is a hive of information and i love the way bullshitters (random guru's) trying to rob noobs are spotted by the veterans of this site, its very reassuring.

Also is there anything else i need to worry about with regards to creating accounts (YT, Pin, FB, etc) or should it be fine if i use my dedicated proxies and virtual machines?

Hi Robburn30,

You only need to ensure that web traffic is routing through your private proxy and that you use the same proxy with the same machine/accounts consistently. I like to use proxifier for this and I always change the desktop background of my VMWare linked clones to include "identity reminders".

Bottom line, keep it consistent and you'll be fine.

Just set the private proxy in your browser settings and select it when you want to browse using it. Go to whatismyip.com to ensure you on proxy itself. And use an addon like Foxyproxy to manage the proxies on browser
