Need some help with making a Landing Page with API

I need some help here. I am trying to make a landing page that redirects all the info filled out to my affiliate company. They (the affiliate company that I am working with) sent me the API doc, but I am a total noob at this kind of thing. Any suggestions on some literature to read or some tips would be great. Thanks!

Whenever I am confused about a coding thing I try to find a good video on YouTube, or if that doesn't work I try to find an article on it.
