Need some help with huge potential

So i been a lurker on BHW for a long time tried some Marketing i learned here.

Now fast forward a few years to where i am now, i run Outlet stores, My facebook ads always work very well. They bring ALLOT of traffic to my store and people are happy and share and like my post when i ask them ones they visited and bought in my store.


Now i want to make a group with the idea , people in the group get the latest deals first ( 1- 2 days ahead) you must understand outlets stores ARE CHEAP and the BEST stuff is sold out fast!

How can i make people join my group in a easy way, is it allowed to post in my ad that they should join my group.

Also if someone is willing to help, im willing to pay

Do a giveaway or massive discount every week, post it on your page and ask them to join group for weekly giveaway, deals or something. When you post the giveaway post on the group, ask members to like/share/comment to enter the giveaway.
