need some help with fiverr

    hey guys
    i need someoneto explain me one thing about fiverr
    i am new to fiverr.com and i bought 5 gigs from one seller several days ago
    it was written that my order would be delivered by 23 dec 02:00
    i really needed what i ordered by that time
    but the seller didn't deliver the order by that time and didn't answer my questions and didn't reply me on fiverr com.

    so on dec 23 i decided to cancel my order (ge didn't reply me for about 3 days+didn't deliver the work on time)
    so i clicked to cancel the order
    but today he finally delivered his order and i DON"T need it anymore at all. i don't want to use it and i am not going to
    is there a way to cancel the order and get y money back?
    i mean if he had answered me at least and told about the delay it would beok . but he ignored me completely and didn't deliver it on time and now i am not going to use what he delivered.

    If the seller is unable to deliver on time you will have the options to either cancel the order or give 24hrs more to the seller inorder to complete your order...

    so i clicked on CANCEL yesterday
    but today the seller still delivered my order and it was written "The seller declined your mutual cancellation proposal."

    If the seller is ready to deliver your order and you clicked cancel then both you and the seller should agree incase if the seller failed again you can report that to the fiverr support team :)

    I would suggest you mutual cancellation.

    how can i cancel the order now after the delivery?

    Just contact support - you have to sign up for support. They are very good about getting refunds, however the refunds only go as credit to another purchase, not back to paypal.
