Need some help with CPA

Hi everybody.
I have a video on youtube that has more then 400k views and it gets alot of visits daily. I am trying to monetize it but i don`t have good results.
this is what i do: I placed a link in the description linked to a landing page where users can download a free ebook. I used content unlocker from ******* and I made around $20 in 4-5 months.
Can anyone take a look at my site and tell me whats wrong? (i will pm the links)
