Need some help with Amazon feeds

Hi

How do I remove stuff from titles in Amazon feeds ? Like "newly taged bla bla", "tagged x times" etc.

How to get clear title without this stuff ?

I don't need it for Wordpress so WP plugins won't help.

Amazon feed - http://www.amazon.com/rss/tag/laptop/new/ref=tag_tdp_rss_new_man?tag=myid

When I add it to my site's feed parser- the titles look like this:

Laptop bla bla bla newly tagged "laptop"

I need it without this "newly tagged laptop" part
