Need some Help. Policy Violation on Amazon UK - Would be grateful for any help

Last month I set-up an Amazon UK seller account and now I am getting a messaging saying I have to stop selling on this account as I have another account.I don't have another account but its people I used to work for and I logged in to their account from the same computer, I can make an appeal but I know Amazon can be very tricky to deal with.I just need to tell them I don't work for them any more and I have set-up my own account which I intend to use.Would appreciate any help on this.Thanks
