Need some help over here; fellow Designer and Writer!

I have been around here for a while offering different services to a variety of services to other members in the freelancer section but never really made a decent amount each week it?s always hit and miss.

I am in no way asking to be spoon fed a method to make money, I just want a little guidance in the right direction of where to offer my services or what to do in order to create my next step as I am stuck in a forever looping circle of hitting and missing with projects hoping each week that something comes up. I have around 8-10 hours each day on the computer and can spare more some days.

I have tried PPD (CleanFiles) and made all of $0.70, considering I am a Mac OSX user some of the tools for YouTube video?s (MD5 changer etc.) aren?t available making it harder. I am trying to figure any new ways to make some extra cash throughout my spare time on the computer.

I am a professional writer, graphic designer and website designer but I am willing to branch out to something new if necessary in order to make something considering I?m eager to learn everything I can.

Also a while back I made a Theme for Rails as a side project and made around 250 € each month with it, selling it over at wrapbootstrap.com. This is a method you surely can scale up. There is good money in themes imho, especially if you don't go in such a small niche as ruby on rails framework.

Thanks, I can't believe it slipped my mind. Virtualbox of all, I had tried Parallels and some other items I purchased to but they weren't to good and Parallels required a windows disc for a full install etc. which I couldn't get my hands on at the time.

You still need a windows disc but since you don't care too much about viruses on a VM you could just torrent it. Btw. there is also http://wiki.winehq.org/MacOSX but I really don't know how good it is on MacOSX, on Linux some applications run decent. Plus you don't need to have a windows disc.

Wine runs pretty bad from my experience I try to stay clear if possible, i'll look into virtual box though.

Nobody can help me out?
