How do I know which theme I should use or how to place adsense ads on my site.

I'm really confuse.

And, will having links to amazon (using amazon wordpress plugin) make the user clicks less on adsense ?

It all depends on how your site is setup. Try CTR Theme if you are stuck for placement ideas but the best advice is to test, test and then test some more until you have it as close to perfect as possible.

Also to answer your second question, if you are giving your readers the option to leave your site through an adsense ad then throw in the option to leave through a link to amazon what do you think will happen to your CTR on adsense?

Hint: It will reduce your CTR on adsense.
