Need some help from you pros

Ok guys so here is the thing.
I have a few niches up and a few of them are really high up the rankings.
My 2 saturated niches one is page 2 rank 2, one is page 7 rank 4(this has shot up recently)

I have done some saturated niches because if I can rank them I can earn.
Now I have had 26 clicks in 2 days and 0 leads. Very depressing.

I have got backlinks for my videos, I have done social signals i.e twitter retweets etc
I am drip feeding views with vagex, u2bviews and doing custom comments with enhanceviews.
I have optimised my titles and descriptions aswell.

Is there anything I have missed?
How do you get the video up quicker?

Which network are you using?
26 clicks but 0 leads mean the offers are off.

If the offers are converts on sale, then it's hard.
