I am in a pretty bad situation here I need to make at least $10 per day but since in my country you can't withdraw money viva PayPal my options are very limited.

Also I don't have a computer only a smart phone. Does anyone have an idea what could workout for me?

You don't have a computer but there are also peoples who don't have a smartphone. Find them and rent your smartphone for $1 per day.

After making enough money, buy 9 more smartphones and run a smartphone rental shop.

Easy $10/day ever.
 
I have a Galaxy S6 but I would have the rear camera get cleaned.
 
You could create a fb fan page and then create a blog and send them to the blog and monetize the blog with AdSense, I did that with my smartphone and I get at least $5

How does that adsense thing exactly work? I have no idea about that.
