Need some help from seasoned Bing marketers

Hey all. I've been running several businesses with Adwords and FB - I use different accounts for each domain without a problem.

I'm not running anything blackhat - legit businesses.

I started up with Bing to supplement Adwords, but I'm running into some trouble.

I used a coupon code for my first account, worked out fine.

Then I created another account with another coupon code, and while I'm able to successfully create the campaign (and even create some campaigns) once I log out and I try to log back in, it keeps on redirecting me back to the login page. It looks like the account got closed or something? I know for adwords they notify you of the suspension, but it doesn't look like the case here.

So then I created another account WITHOUT a coupon code. But same result. It just keeps on redirecting back to the login page.

Has anybody else experienced this?

Any help would be tremendous here - thank you in advance.

Based on some further research, it looks like it is because I added the coupon on the second account too soon.

I should spend some first, then add it.
