Mods have a lot better things to do than add you to Skype man
Private message the mods later on or post it in the forum suggestion and feedback section.
He has less than 15 posts so he probably can't contact users via PMs.

Mods here in Bhw are very free.They will search for the new members and those who wants help and they will add on Skype and they will solve there problems.You don't worry bro mod will contact you
