need some help fellow black hat members

I own a GPT sites that has correct meta tags and keywords but sites like http://www.cashpirate.com/ don't have any keywords or tags but they rank 70k.

My rank currently is 247k

Keeps staying at that level, any thing I could do to improve it?


Also I keep getting members that try to fraud the site but we stop it, other than blocking IPS from other countries, any thing else I can do?
