Need some help analyzing competitor site

I have a competitor that I believe is using pbn's or something else, however he has blocked most access to his site and possibly the pbn's so I cant tell what he is doing.

No text or titles on his money site pages, yet he has sky rocketed with his rankings, so trying to figure out what his secret sauce is.

I'll pay you if you can decode what he is doing. PM me for details.

did you try to get a backlink report from AHREF's and Semrush? that should clear a lot of stuff.

I did, and got mixed and minimal results. That is part of what was confusing.
