Need some help advice on gmail pva help me

Hello friends i am facing some issue in creating gmail in bulk please help me.

1. From 1-9-2013 all accounts get disabled with in 10hrs.

2. Should i use unique recovery mail?

3. Iam using pvn services like cyber ghost, pure vpn & hma.

4. I used to change ip for every 3 id.

5. I use g voice for verification

please help me because i have been facing lot of problems and heavy loss for the past 2 months.
