Hi.
First of all my name is Doron and I am from Israel.
I found this Forum very interesting and helpful, hopefully someday i can give from my experience as well. but for the meantime...
This is my first thread so i hope im not going over any rules.
So im a rather new seller on ebay ( less than 3 monthes ).
After putting must of my work into old stuff lying around in the house and robbing every piece of something at my parents and friends home i started looking into drop shipping.
After going through freelancer site i found a few people who are looking for ebay sellers and after questioning at least 10 sellers i found one who i think is trust worthy- also because a friend of mine is working with him.
So i started by selling Dr Dre beats and waiting until the costumer received his good and left positive feedback.
Than i went on and started listing RayBan sunglasses and sold 4 of them in one day, i decided to stop and wait again until costumers receive their goods although seller gas told me to keep relisting- I also tell the buyers that the glasses are from an outlet store therefor the low price 65$. they are also listed as pre-owned to "protect me from ebay account".
Im just getting started with selling and do not wish to sell anything fake or risk my account.
For how it sounds to me these might be not authentic glasses but people are really hot for them.
Can anyone here give me some pointers for my dilemma?
Can anyone here give me any ideas for what should i try putting my work into?
all answers would be must appreciated.
Excuse my English:)

Yes they are probably fake, especially if it is from the same guy that you got the beats by dr dre headphones from.

I sell on eBay as well and know of this offer you speak of and wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole as there a 99.9% chance that these items are fake. Think about it. If they were legit, why would they need you to sell them? They are just using you as a pawn in there scam. This is not worth risking your eBay Account getting suspended with eBay which is what is going to eventually happen. Find some legit products that you can sell. New products sell good however gently used products are a HUGE seller on eBay as well.

Hi, out of interest what ebay site are you selling on? I find unbranded items have sold very well for me in the past.

I would reccomend looking into terapeaks free trial to research whats selling etc

Your tactics are working well for you, so I would say keep it that way..?

So how would i actually sell for someone else and be sure its 100% legit?
I mean the dropshippers dont have any risk in sending the products its all on me.
Is there any way or procedure that i should go with before starting to sell for someon else?

Im working in UK and USA.
Is it allowed selling unbranded items?

Of course it's allowed to sell unbranded item.
The problem start when you sell branded items that you don't have the right for it.

How can you be sure if the item that you get from the supplier is legit?
1. check to see his feedbacks (if there are...)
2. check if they are legit company. (docs, website, address, phone number etc...)
3. just google it - you can google the company name and to see what you find about the company.
4. you find a product? google "how to check if ______ is fake" (most of the replica always has something different from the original)
5. if you work with chines people and they sell americans brand - it's fake.

Good luck
