Need Some Expert Advice on Web 2.0 Link Building

Hi guys hope you all are doing good.
I have some queries related to web 2.0 creation and linking out.

1. Lets say in starting i want to build at least 20 Web 2.0 (Unique) for my money site. In how much mean time should i make the blogs. 1, 2, 3 days or 1 week with a ratio of 2-3 per day or diversify like 2 today and then no in next 2 days and then again 3-4 after that and so on.

2. Should i use the unique IP for the creation and the posting also?

3. Do i need the unique e-mail accounts every time i will sign up on all the 20 sites.?

4. Let say i want to build 20 links then in how much time should i build all the links whether 20 or 30 , within in a week is fine? Or here also we should diversify the ratio? Please explain bit in detail.

5. How many articles you posts on your every single web2.0 blog? 1, 2 or 3? And if more than that, in how much time you post the same on the same day or within 2-3 days?

6. Is it good to just post a single article (5-600 Words) and give link?

Hope you guys help me out being confused while reading number of guides and have some doubts in mind from last 2 days. And I'm really sorry if you guys are think m asking all as a spoon feed but these are the doubts i want to clear as soon as possible to go ahead and start the work.

If you want to do it right
Build your web 20 same way as you build and take care of your money your money site.
Keep them in the same niche but make all unique
put articles on them like normal website and get your internal linking right
don;t put a link to your money site on every post.
They are useless unless you build backlinks social links to them to them.

If you take care of them over time they will grow a life o their own and become a valuable PBN
Keep adding new blogs on different platforms

This is la ong term method

You might be wasting time over thinking it.
Mix things up.
The number of links you point to your site from the 2.0's per week say should be dependent on it's age + current link profile.
