Need some cold mailing help

Hi everyone,
I do plan to start my own mail list. I have chosen my method which is half automated. However I am concerned with the legal aspects. I was wondering do you know any way to check the country of the mail address since for instance regulations differ from country to country. For instance in the US its quite relaxed however in Germany its straight up illegal

Maybe by checking the linked domain (contact page, or whois maybe). I don't think its possible (or easy) to get it just from the email itself. For example I'm using gsuite so my emails won't be coming from my business point of origin. But by checking my domain, one would know where my business is located.
