Need some Amazon help, please

Well, let me just start with saying that I have a family member who wont tell me how he makes a ton of money "advertising" Amazon products on certain sites. He makes somewhere around $500 a month (ok maybe its not a lot to some of you but I got car insurance i gotta pay, ya dig? lol) and he barely has to "advertise" while doing so.....if youve been at blackhat world for a while now you should have picked up on the reason i put the quotes around advertising. ;) So anywho, Im just wondering if anyone knows where I can "advertise" my amazon links on some forums or something, where people would be willing to spend some money. Thanks. If no one can give me a direct answer on this one just try to point me in the right direction here lol. I never really used forums as a means of making money and figured Id give it a go considering I dont mind a few minutes work on a forum.:D

no no, i wasnt infering that. I was just asking if anyone knew of any forums to advertise on.
 
*sigh*.....great! now this threads probably gonna get closed. ya know, its pretty sad how everything that has to do with internet marketing has gotten oversaturated. every corner you turn, BAM oversaturated! oh look a possible money making method, BAM! oversaturated! and im not trying to speak evil here, but this "forbidden" method, although it hasnt made me much sadly, is a way out. some call it stealing sales. really? didnt know people were still spending their money in this shitty economy to begin with!! im under a lot of stress right now, im sorry if this offends anyone or makes me look like a jackass but the fact of the matter is, i dont have a lot of money to invest in a site that might not give me the results i want. i dont have the know how of coding and what not. i mean, YouTube? really? come on, ive, wow i cant even pull one sale from there. god, maybe ive gone a little crazy, but if theres anyone reading this who still struggles to make just one good sale, they know how i feel right now. rant? or the truth about internet marketing?....think about it.
 
you need to have either seo knowledge, either now how to market on social media.
on seo you can get anything you need to know from this forum. you'll need at least 3 months to learn seo.
on social media, i don't know though how much this forum can help you as i haven't read anything here on social media
 
Let me give this a try. Two ebooks that you must read: One Week Marketing and Easy Paycheck Formula. They are for noobs who want to get started in IM. They are in the download section. Ya gotta look. Don't get excited, get depressed and give up. And don't worry about what some one else is doing. First figure out your own needs and go from there. Hope this helps.
 
@claudi: yeah seo has never been my strong point. and social media= to much investment, something i dont have :(

oh cool, alright then, will do. and to everyone here, im not trying to limit myself to JUST Amazon, im willing to try other means of sales. just, low investment types:rolleyes:
 
can i get some links to these program downloads? ive looked around and havent really been able to find anything.
 
Type in- Easy Paycheck Formula over in the download section. It's an ebook about selling on Amazon. Hope this helps a little.
 
Contact people, you need to find someone that is willing to pay you to advertise for them. However you will probably have to show them what kind of traffic you can drive in, but it will be worth it. I assume he contacted amazon sellers!
