Need some advice

Hey guys! I am planning to buy a micro niche site shortly and wanted to know your thoughts on that (pros, cons).
How easy is to rank them? How much time on average would it take to rank it?
Any help appreciated!

Which niche are you intending to buy ?
If you buy niche from some one else, you will have to start from the beginning (build content, understand it, code,....)
But the pros is you don't have to start from nothing.

My advise: if you don't know how to rank a site (or even how to keep its current ranking), you SHOULDn't buy micro niche sites from anyone.
Just start building a new one from scratch and learning hard as well

I recommend you to start a new one and learn well at the same time.

I personally ascribe to the "Go big or go home" school of SEO. I don't like micro niche sites, lots of people seem to but I just could never get them to work. I prefer doing very indepth keyword research (or paying someone much better than me to do it for me, trust me it's worth the investment) and then ranking easy-medium difficulty keywords with a high monthly search count (20k+) on an authority site. I push large amounts of content, both to the website and PBNs (but never too much to PBNs as otherwise you could get penalized), and usually after a few months the cash starts flowing. Of course this doesn't work for everyone since it needs quite a bit of patience and money. What I'd suggest is to either do your own KW research or buy a decent gig on fiverr, find a fitting domain name (maybe even an aged one, but really it's not that important) and then just built a nice wordpress site and write your own content. Then just join a PBN sharing site and get some links (or buy some), always worth the investment from my experience.

Whether you are building a new site or buying an old one, yet you want to start from the scratch. Only then you can meet your expectation. Are you buying that site to get that domain name or they have a high DA? If so go for it and optimize the site accordingly.

which niche you choose you can do with unique sure you will get more response better you can ranking your site with more link building and add more PBN activities it will help you lot

if you plan to buy site and don't know much about ranking, then hire someone who does. If you want to learn then i will also agree don't waste money on buying a site instead make one learn the hardway.

if you are doing it for DA then it depends upon the niche you are in and how much are you paying for it.
