Need Some Advice

I currently work part time doing SEO for a company, I want to improve my skills so I can show that I am a worth while employee. I have some basic knowledge of how to improve a site search engine ranking and keywords description that sort of stuff, I was just wondering if anyone would be willing to give me some one on one advice and tips im not looking for any freebies just some advice. Preferred options of messaging would probably be msn or skype so send me your addy if your interested. Ow and btw im only looking at using methods that are safe and don' get you banned form google and so on.

SEO field is so wide that it will take people a really long time to explain everything to you. I suggest that you start reading - forums, popular blogs, ... and then ask here if you have any questions. Try to implement everything you learn in your work and I'm sure that your employee will appreciate that.

Really I just wanted to know some good link building methods I could manually, I don't really have any money to invest in the good link building tools. I just wanted a contact that I could ask a few questions, I have read through diffarent parts of the forum regarding scraping, blog commenting, forum profiles, articles and so on.
