Need Some Advice

Hey everyone,

I posted a similar question a couple of times but the answer is still fully not clear to me cause I read some threads that go against what most have told me here. Anyways, I want to get traffic off cl and send it to offers and I have a couple of questions


1) Can I get arrested, taken to court, jailed, charged or investigated for this? Either by cl, the c p a, p**pal/bank or anyone else?
2) Do I have to spread out my potential earnings to different c p a s? And if not, why do people do this?
3) Do I need to sign up for an acct with cl if I want to post there? If so, do I need a p v a? Should I use my own number and main e mail for this and my method?
4) Should I be behind a p r o x y at all times when I'm doing this method?
5) What is a safe way to get p a i d?

That's all the questions I think I have right now, I might have forgotten something. Sorry for all the questions, I'm just asking cause Im still not sure about these things, I read a thread that some guy said cl investigators were after him for using a bot or something and that made me paranoid. If someone who is very knowledgeable and experienced with this, could answer these questions for me that would be great, hopefully I didnt leave anything out. Oh and I live in Canada btw. You would probably have no legal action taken against you, but this is just me assuming things. It's very unlikely, and you should always be behind a proxy if you are marketing on CL, if you were to get flagged or have your IP blacklisted, your posts wouldn't be visible anymore.

Actually, I just read that thread and it is very clear to me. Leaves no questions. But, sometimes a student needs a different way of explaining, this does not have to be anybodies fault but there is no bogus info as far as I can see.
There is no contradiction between your former thread and other info found on this forum.

1. That depends on how much a nuisance you are. Compare it to regular cops, if you are all alone and walking down the street while vandalizing there will be consequences. If you do the same with 50 people or more, some get a beating, the worst get jailed. Right now there is a riot going on, how much of a nuisance are you planning to be? Rhetorical question.
Normally, you just get a beating AKA a ban.

2. You are going blackhat, breaking the cl TOS, potentially breaking the CPA TOS. Ever heard of spreading the odds? If one goes down, you have a few backups, same thing with you accounts on the site you are planning to leach off. Blackhat should always expect a ban and "Be Prepared".

3. TRY! Also, when you go robbing, do you think you would need to cover your ID/face/fingerprints with a mask or something? Would you hold your ID right in front of the cam? If not, better take care of that...

4. Seriously?! See 3.

5. Cash? Some would say paypal but you specifically said safe. When going blackhat.... Also, DO NOT EVER mix accounts. NEVER EVER! And yes, it is possible to distinguish accounts on your computer. A website knows if you log in to your PC on your GF's login...

Additional:
Do you know what these things are: Virtual Machine, anonymous proxy that is Google safe, footprints, meta refresh and double meta refresh, referrer spoofing, VPN, BH friendly CPA networks, bulletproof hosting?
If not, I suggest you look into that.

Also, and please don't take this the wrong way, but if you dare ask about those things on the forum without showing what you have found so far and why you are not succeeding: I will get my trusty rusty newbie bashing baseball bat and chase yo ass! j/k lol But still...

^^^Man this sounds like a lot of risks, all I want to do is maybe throw up a couple of ads locally and see how they do with cpa offer, but I can't risk getting in trouble not even 1 %. Guess I should start learning p p c or something :l

Can't help you with that, you are responsible for your own choices. But you asked how to do it, now you know. And this was a simple setup.
But in the end: Use common sense. Understand why some steps are taken and by that know what steps to take. Right now, you do not. Any Black hat method has risks. Any. Cheers.
