I have software that can bruteforce accounts for a video game and I was going to make a video on it, then upload it to youtube and give a sharecash link for a download of the software + a tutorial.
In the tutorial I have a legal disclaimer stating that the tool and tutorial are for educational purposes only to inform the general public of the importance of internet security, ect ect....
My question is: Can I get in any kind of legal trouble for uploading and distributing a program that bruteforces passwords?
