need some advice with CPA marketing

hey there
I just came back doing CPA offers for forex/crypto and monetizing in different networks...
I used to do fb ads which worked well with cloaking but this time I want to have a good source of bulk emails... Anyway I tried two "agencies" that said their traffic converts well... well they don't convert, they didn't even bring 1 lead yet, I paid them already so I might conciser that as a loss or i'll just recall the payment...

Long story short, i'm looking for REAL converting traffic for FOREX/CRYPTO.
