Need some advice/tips on FB

So I'm kind of a noob on facebook, but now I need a good presence there for some sites.
What I've done so far:

- Opened an account under a fake name a couple of months ago. Joined "Add me" groups and made about 150 friends.
- Recently created a business page for my site. Got some likes (I like you, you like me type).
- Signed up for developer account and verified phone. I'm using the API for Wordpress social login.

So I have a couple of questions. I'm not too worried about it, but is it possible I might get banned this way?
Would it have been better to create a personal account under a website/business name?
Should I leave the "Add me" and "Like me" groups or continue to get friends/likes from them?
What can I do to make my 'personal' account look real?
Can I connect the 'page account' to twitter, youtube, pinterest, wordpress etc. to automatically post on it?

If you have any advice or tips I would appreciate it.

I'll keep it short and simple..

1. Don't spam your offer
2. Interact with your friends
3. Don't use automation *** (if you want your accounts to last longer)

So now my account is temporarily suspended and I have to identify friends pictures, which I can only guess.

Should I keep trying, or can I get permanently suspended if I keep giving inaccurate answers?
And what will happen to my page?
