Need some advice on this :

I'm going to be reselling some services from graphic design to SEO to locals and international businesses as well. I'm also going to add a blog to the business website to help with the rankings but also to share my experiences and opinions on marketing etc.

Question is, will the website be profitable at a later date if I decide to sell it? Like on flippa etc provided that the blog gets good amount of traffic and readers OR should I create the blog on a subdomain such as

"blog.mywebsite.com"

I just want to know if it will be profitable as a regular business website with a blog rather than making the blog separate.

Buyers will be interested in purchasing website which earning completely passive income, services website don't sale at good price.
