We are using Magento for our site and I just think that it is lacking a lot of things. I am just not sure what?

If you could give me some ideas on what i should change, add, subtract I would really appreciate it.

The drop down menus in the header have a faint grey color try to change it.
Add Google adsense
The mailing list is hidden in the footer.
 
Cool I agree on the colors in the drop down. Where do you think i should put adsense? Side bar?

Best places are on the header just below the drop down menus OR to the right sidebar OR you can add both.
 
please change the dropdown grey colour. dropdown colour is not quite visible. overall looking perfect neat and clean design.

Adsense on onlineshop :eek:
 
  1. Less space between your logo and the top black bar.
  2. Your navigation bar and dropdown list are badly colored.
  3. Spiderweb backgrounds at the bottom do not fit your clean site.
  4. If possible, change the livechat to blue or something more prominent and fitting for your site. Green is shady.
  5. Perhaps you might want to add a lightgreyish border for your products too.
 
1st impression: site might be a scam site. (just my opinion base on the design of your website)

*Change the color of drop down list.
*Add a border on your images(eye,etc..)
*change the color of the text(name of your product)
*The verisign secured seal,mcAffe, go daddy secured seal obviously fake.. :(

Yep, I think these are good advices. 1 and 2 are the most important.
