Need some advice for my blog

Hi guys, i have a blog about many different things (cooking, hobby, computer and so on) right now i have over 200 Posts with 60000+ Words Content. My blog is now 1 year old but i only have about 150 UVs a day so i dont get good money from it (some pennys from amazon affilate). I dont know what i should do next. This project should be for the long run so should i buy some package from the link building section or should i add new content every day and let the links naturally floating in. What do you think.

I would like to monetize it with adsense but i want atleast 1000 UVs a day before i start.

I think that you need to buy some HQ backlinks or try to promote it on facebook or twitter.

ive made an facebook page and also does some promoting but it is really expensive to show ads on facebook. At the moment i have around 600 fans on facebook. But anyway thanks for your advice

Naa mate.... 600 isn't enough... i hope you could find a page with lot more followers and promote your blog with those pages for pages for cheap rates. the prices will be negotiable.. so it wont expensive and you can gain some visitors and followers through that.. not an advice.. literally what i do...

If money is what you're looking to make try doing paid posts, I remember I got paid $80 for one article and all I had to do was copy and paste, my blog is pretty big so it depends on how big your Facebook fanbase is. Therefore you should start promoting on Twitter and Facebook.

Facebook and Youtube both are the great source of traffic, as you mention you are getting traffic from Facebook fan-page then next go with youtube video. Order some videos from fiverr and give at-least 5000+ high retention views to each video, it will surly generate 1000s of daily traffic on your blog.

thanks guys one question should i change my permalink structure from /my-post/ to /category/my-post/ would this influence the ranking in a good way.

I can make some basic video would that be enough, i thought i made a video with some related pictures an some text like learn more on "Website" and backlink in the description. Can you tell me a good video promoting service.
