Need some advice for improving my website

I am a little stuck with my website.
I have no idea how to further improve my website for better seo results.
Also i am using adsense but looking for another way to optimize my website for new ways of getting revenue.

Would someone take the time to take a look at my website to see what i can improve.

Here's some tips:

- Check out the page load time.
- Opt for "async" scripts.
- Try to join CSS rules in one file instead of 8 or 9 for each thing (CSS Minify). Same for js (javascript).
- Add some code for your website files being cached, as will reduce load time.
- Check if you have images with no "alt" description, and try to compress images to occupy less space and load faster.
- etc..
