Guys, I have some questions about web 2.0
Will it be a problem if I use the same ip and email ??

Nope, no such issue. You can use same email and ip without any problem.

Different IP for creation is looking as more nature and for if you want to create more web 2.0 sites better choose different mail id for each 5 creations.

not much harm. IP is fine. If you can try to use different emails. Specially stay away from gmail.

Use a VPN to keep away to prevent the IP issue.

Don't use the same emails. Go for temporary emails.
