Need some advice about VPN

I hope I'm posting in the right section and I apologize if I'm mistaken
English not being my first language, I apologize for the spelling/grammar and hope this is still understandable


Here's my situation : I'm a french professional poker player and I'm moving to spain next month. As you may know France and Spain, legalized online gaming market. To obtain the right to offer services in separate countries, the rooms have to obey the country rules. Therefore a spanish citizen has to play on a spanish room (.es).
Now after that quick summary, let's get down to business. In my case, living in France, I started the year in a french room (.fr) and the loss of income if I change for a spanish room is huge. This is why I need some advices.


I know it's possible, with a VPN, to cheat the rooms servers and play on it "illegaly". But here's the thing, I need a steady IP adress (to many changes would make it obvious in my opinion) and preferably a personal one. I would also need a software steady and fast enough so that my gaming doesn't become tedious. I know some rooms track "scammers" and I was also wondering how to spot them. Do they have a list of IP adress ? Do they detect the change of IP adress ?

Many VPN providers offers static IP addresses and if you choose some well known provider like strongvpn the speed should not be an issue. However you could also hire a freelancer to setup a personal vpn just for you for example using openvpn. You can get cheap dedicated servers from OVH France.

OVH ain't shit, very poor quality service. Look at the review in france for different host their some who are a lot better (funny enough they rent their servers to OVH...)

Best option is to use a private vpn you'll need to hire someone to set it up for you on a virtual private server which has a dedicated french ip address. This way the ip is yours as long as you pay the vps monthly fees, and in my opinion it is cheap than vpn providers .
