Need some advice about a keyword

I am exploring a niche recently wich i found has a high cpc

Medium to high competition but due to my job i have some offline opportunities

I found a keyword, i checked it with google keyword tool and it has 400.000 searches [broad], but the exact searches are about 500!

the domain for the exact keyword is free but i am confused, is it worth going for it?

Depends, have you checked if the kwd have a high paying product? Dont rely only on adsense!

Big payofs but VERY low convertion rates, lower than 0.02 %

I was relying mostly on adsense because of the 2.91 cpc

Its a 2 word keyword, how could it be that it has so much difference from broad to exact searches? its a clear subject, straight forward, i dont get it. What should i expect?

I am on a really low budget.

Yes, this is quite true, i will probably go for it but it is at least suspicious that noone else got this keyword already, i was thinking that someone could have experience with this situation and give me an estimation.

You see, it is a learning process, but i am not the first to try.

Is it a buying keyword? If so and the comp is not bad, go for it.

Make sure you research the LSI keywords for it, and included them in your post. You should be able to pick up more long tails as well.
