Need solid and good converting Adult Affiliate program for my traffic

Once again I am looking for good paying, solid payout, stable, and decent conversions Adult Affiliate programs for established varied adult traffic. Straight, Gay, Bi, Bondage, Young, Twinks, etc (just about any can be garnered).

I need simple Affiliate programs from networks that pay in a reasonable time period and of course actually pay. I have attempted to research different ones but the sheer AMOUNT of them out there is ridiculous and then figuring out which ones are worth the time for a long term partnership is even harder (pun intended).

Not looking for dating site affiliate programs. People who are looking at porn don't need a date, they are pretty busy doing something else. So AFF, etc rarely work in these instances (from experience). The offers need to coincide with the adult industry, and not pharma, dating, or other off industry offers.

I am making a big "push" in 2014 to really increase traffic so want more offers and solid ones.

I am asking here because, truthfully, this is the community I trust the most when it comes to weeding out the bad ones. So if you have, or know of, a decent Adult Affiliate program/network please message me.
