Best thing is you have multiple data sources like Apollo & scrapers and pull clean data into your own centralised CRM that can store data and do outreach sequence/lead scoring...this is more organised and long term approach
I have a lot of different data sources (some are rare leaked B2B databases that I bought with one off fee from hackers with low price, for example) and one favourite CRM of choice so I don't ever want to use any of the integrated crm offered by those leads/data search providers...you are limited to one data source/provider, your data is kept on their server, sometimes you don't own the data, you are limited by credits, restriction on export,...so its like you are held hostage.
