Need Social Network Voting Ring

Can anyone recommend to me (even via PM) a really good social network voting ring? I am looking for a group that can get organic content to page 1 of the social media sites (I am sure we all are, but you don't get if you don't ask).

Any thoughts about setting up our own BHW social network ring? I have a team of people on my side that are willing to join efforts.
