Need small design changes on website.

Looking for someone to make some small changes on my website.

The website is a short url and imagehost website.

It is a .com site, 4 characters long, easy to remember name.

I have the basic short url code I want to use with the site from an open source script. What I need is someone to integrate a very simple image host, with the same look and feel of the site. I also would love a "last 5 images hosted" thumnail spot if possible as well.

In exchange for this, I can offer a leaderboard banner to your site, and a small backlink or several small backlinks to your site along the footer.

If this site takes off, you will have a permanent banner and backlinks getting many views.

Make me an offer, tell me what you can do with the site, show me some work you have done. Send me a PM if you want the site address so you can see what I have already.

Whoever is willing to put the most effort into the site and make it look really great will of course get the job, and I may be willing to let you place more/bigger/better ads/backlinks etc on the site.

The better you make the site look, the more this project can benefit you.

Ok, my budget is banner ad + $20.00, thats all I have in my paypal right now...If someone wants to do a really nice job, I get paid to my paypal from my affiliate company on the 31st, I can top up another $20.00 or so.

I realize its not a lot, but I am not looking for a complete site design, just some touch ups to code already in place. If someone is desperate for some cash, and realizes the value of a PERMANENT banner ad on what could be a good website, please let me know.
