Need site re-design based on WP and RSS

I need a re-design of this site https://www.thankyou.com/

Ideally done in WP (my first preference), I either have or can purchase any additional plug-ins that are needed.

Will be using affiliate RSS feeds for the sections.

I need it done quickly so if you have portfolio or reference work I'm willing to put down a retainer to get things started and can pay via paypal or CC instantly.

Non-native English speakers are OK as we will be handling the content on this end. (But please be able to communicate clearly via email / IM)

That coding is beyond my ability but if you need someone to make the design (psd graphic) I'm you're guy
