Need simple Webpage layout for my social media pages

I can't post in the other forum for some reason, but I'm willing to pay someone to do this simple layout for me. Basically I want this layout devonbaldwin dot com has, but with my stuff instead. Links in the left corner pointing to my social media pages and instead of a picture of this chick as the background a picture of me.

I have a domain name and my plan is just use it as a redirect to something like a wordpress page. If someone can help me out I'd appreciate it. Shouldn't take anyone more than like 10 minutes to set up.
