Need simple web programming help!

I need to implement a cool little feature that the coupon site retailmenot.com uses.

When you look at the coupons, you hover over the coupon code, and it gives you the option to click it to copy to clipboard. But when you do this it also opens up a page using an affiliate link.

I need to implement this on my own coupon page, please give me your estimate for price and time. Thanks.
