Need Shared Hosting with these requirements

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a shared host with these 2 specifications:

At least 64MB of PHP Memory
PHP Timeout Settings of at least 60-90 secs

I am with hostgator ATM and not overjoyed with the servers performance.
I know I know ... you get what you pay for

If I was more technically minded I would get a VPS, but I wouldnt have a clue what to do with it!
