Game Details: online MMORPG, Mostly Server Sided but what I need is mainly game sided.
Mod Requirements: To show details of Pokemon around me, Names, IVs, Shiny or not.
Is it possible?: I know someone in game who already achieved this and even more (like teleporting, etc..).
Time Required by: not important.
Budget: not sure, will see how much time it will take and we can find something suitable for both parties.
