I will try to give as much info..to get an accurate quote from anyone interested.

I have a niche..It has global exact 130k searches per month
its a two word niche..I have both words in my domain...but not in the same order. I have a .net domain
I am still developing my website...so its gona be brand new
adwords keyword tool shows absolutely zero competition...
when i search..there are about 6-7 websites in total that do this.
all are less than a year old.
the website ranking number1 is pretty famous...its the first one to enter that niche..but still less a year old...and its a 5 page website. it has about a 1000 links showing in yahoo..some of those seem pretty strong
my website will have about 30k pages.

Right now obviously my website is nowhere...Its pretty simple..I wish to rank at number1.
