Instead of buying GSA Indexer, which from what I understand basically just Pings links I'd use a service like Instant Link Indexer. I've found it indexes my links super fast.

5. Automation software for website registration, filling up forms, extractions, data scraping etc - IMacros
6. Market Samurai (along with a dozen emails to get it forever for free)

What kind of campaign are you looking to start ?
My tools of choice :
1) Scrapebox
A must have tool
2) GSA SER + CB link building tools
3) THE BEST SPINNER ( to manually spin your articles ) or Kontent Machine ( to generate automated contents )
I think you can start with these tools .... but you need a lot of practice and understanding of how to use them properly. good luck

Bunch of tools but most of them require hours of configuring on a remote VPS.
Market Samurai has a great documentation.
GSA resulted to create some random links that I had to manually disavow.
Bookmarking demon could be a good option if you dont just bookmark your blog posts and try to share many valuable bookmarks about your niche.
I think Article marketing its not longer a good option. Dont buy bunch of links directly to your domain.
Well there is a big way that you have to walk, you are a newbie learning. I learned a lot in my way and realized White hat its the best SEO for your own domains.

It's always better that you know what you are doing with these tools. Its good to experiment and test a lot before actually using them to money site. This is the point where people have success of literally ends up saying "this tool is dead"
