Hello Gale,

When you are referring to the term SEO, it would be better to be a little more specific. A few things which you should mention to receive any serious offers :
1. Listing your requirement in terms of deliverables like what you want to achieve is a good way to start.
2. What are the modes you are looking to tap into? ( This would only be possible if you knew what SEO is about)
3. What are the time lines involved ?
4. Whether you are looking at Onsite SEO, Offsite SEO, SEM or a combination of all.

No serious SEO can tell you priece without knowing the keywords AND the websites.
Everyone who is offering seo without knowing this 2 variables is untrustworthy
