oh sorry here's some information i can give:

each search places on the site is indexed into a tag page for example domain.com/tag/tag_name

and for each tag_name page there is + keyword attatched to it, im trying to make all these pages rank #1 for their search term...but im having trouble getting my pages indexed...have about 2000 indexed and need to get to about 15-30 million pages indexed and ranking well 1st page for most terms...

You're looking to get 15-30 million keywords ranking number #1?!

Your only hope is creating some sort of automated system. Let's say I can rank 500 pages per day (which would only be possible if they are extremely longtail keywords that almost rank naturally lol). Taking the lower estimate (15 Million pages to index and rank), it would take 82 years to complete this work! Haha.
