Hi.I need someone to do offpage seo (backlinks etc.) for my new PPD website.It's about hacks,android games cheats keygens and so on.
I want to promote single posts.For example mywebsite.com/super-android-hack (I'm still adding new posts)

Why don't you check out the services in the Market Place?

They are approved and have lots of reviews...

Like prince said look in the marketplace and hire someone with good rep and feedback then there's no way you can get scammed.

The guy obviously wants to hire a freelancer rather than use a service I don't understand the issue.
