Becareful with blindly trusting people to do SEO services for you. SEO is a very broad topic, and it's unlikely you will find a valuable package without knowing the basics of it.
I would recommend that you check out Ahrefs YouTube channel. There are a lot of good videos there for beginners to pick up some essential knowledge.

I second what @blitz said. It's very easy to get burned and not just waste your money but also risk a penalty to your site leaving you worse off than when you started.
